UK Shipping Rates
|Standard shipping||From £0.95 per order. Shipping fees are calculated on the order weight and size. Typical rate for a fairy or pair of socks is £0.95, bigger/heavier items are £2.75 upwards.||Delivery 2-5 days.|
|Special delivery||From £7.50 per order. Shipping fees are calculated on the order weight and size.||Delivery 1-2 days (Monday to Friday). Cut off time is 3pm to get your order dispatched same day. Saturday delivery available at an additional cost.|
European Shipping Rates
|Standard tracked shipping||From £17.50 per order. Shipping fees are calculated on the order weight and size. We are unable to ship heavy items to Europe.||Delivery 3-12 days.|
Rest of the World Shipping Rates (including USA)
|Standard tracked shipping||From £21.00 per order. Shipping fees are calculated on the order weight and size. We are unable to ship heavy items to the rest of the world.||Delivery 6-12 days.|
We offer a refund or exchange on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. We will not refund the delivery costs. Any discounts that were applied to your order, are applied to the cost of goods and not the cost of delivery unless specifically stated. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item.
If you wish to return any item, please follow these quick, easy steps:
1. Contact us for a returns authorisation number either by phone 01252 820055 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit (the packaging we send the order in can be re-used if suitable) - marking your returns order number clearly on the packaging.
3. Send your parcel to Purity, Hangerfield Cottage Church Lane, Witley, Godalming, Surrey GU8 5PR. We recommend that you send the goods as a Recorded Delivery - we cannot be held responsible for goods returned to us lost in transit.
4. We will notify you when we have received the package and refunded you the cost of your goods.
We reserve the right to send goods back to you if they have been worn (other than tried on) or soiled in any way.
We're sorry but earrings can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.
Goods not received
Claims in relation to items charged but not received should be made within 30 days of the statement charge.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so up until the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you will receive the goods (the "cooling off period"). Notification of cancellation must be made to PM SIXTY SIXTY LTD. in writing. Such written notice may be hand delivered or sent to the address (below) by post or email.
The goods must then be returned to Purity, Hangerfield Cottage, Church Lane, Witley, Godalming, Surrey GU8 5PR at your own cost in good condition within 14 days of cancellation.
In order that no damage occurs in transit it is recommended that the goods be sent by recorded or special delivery. If the goods are being returned because they are damaged or defective please refer to the general returns policy and note that in that instance PM Sixty Sixty will pay the cost of returning the items. On notice of cancellation of your order being given under these cooling off provisions, PM Sixty Sixty will refund the price of the goods and the original cost of delivery of the goods to you within 30 days.
